Other than your website, are there any other ways I can order your products?

Unfortunately, no. Since we specialize in online sales, our services are only available through our website.

At the moment, all Pokémon cards and products are strictly for sale, and we’re unable to offer free cards. We gladly welcome confirmed orders only.

How to confirm the quality before placing orders?

All our Pokémon products are 100% authentic Japanese releases and sourced directly from trusted distributors in Japan.

What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity  is 4 boxes and according to your request.

Yes, 10% off for the first order. You can enjoy different discounts according to your order sizes, the bigger the order is, the better the price.

Are you a manufacturer?

NO, we are retailers from Japan.

Are these products legal to buy?

You should consult a skilled lawyer regarding the norms and restrictions of your country, since laws differ from country to country.

I placed my order already, but how can I change it?

If your order has already been paid for but it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can still make changes. Please submit support ticket to our customer support team as soon as possible with your message, so that we can stop packing your order until you’ve made the changes you’d like.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

It depends on the destination; deliveries typically arrive within 3Business days. From Japan to USA, Canada, Europe and Australia and Brazil: 3-5 business days. If by USA Domestical only 2-5 days.

Are shipping delay possible?

Yes, it’s possible. We give you an approximation for expected delivery arrival based on our statistics and former experience, but it also depends on a variety of external factors such as postal service performance, customs clearance and international transit routes etc.

How much is shipping?

Depending on the destination and products size or weight. For USA, Canada, Europe and Australia:

10g-100g: USD50

100g-500g: USD55

500g-1000g: USD65

1000g-2000g: USD75

Please consult us if you are not in these destinations.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Japan, to ensure utmost discretion and a high possibility of arrival, you will not find our organization’s name on any of our packages.

Is it possible to ship to A Post Office Box address?

Yes, we can ship to a P.O. BOX address. But this does not apply to Army Post Office addresses. You’ll need to use your home/billing address initially instead and then ask your family/friends to resend or divert it to you after they have received it. If you have specific shipping requests, please let us know at the time of placing your order.

Can you ship bulk or large orders?

Yes, but it will be separated into separate packages if the order is too large to fit into the box we use for smaller sized orders. Your order will be treated with the same amount of discretion and packing as a small order, no matter how large it may be. And no matter how big your item is, you will only pay shipping fees once, regardless of how many packages we need to send!

It’s past the agreed delivery time, why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

If you have not received either your order or a notification of your order being seized at customs after 30 days, it may have been lost in the mail. We will reship your order as soon as we verified that you have not received it.

Payment

Which payment methods are acceptable?

Payment by  bitcoin  or USDT (Cryptocurrency) , WU, Paysend, Wise,Remitly , Alipay bank wire are acceptable.  PayPal can be one last choice, but cash on delivery are not available, please accept our sincerely apologies.

I made an order; now how do I pay?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the payment.

How do you deal with the quality complaint?

First of all, our quality control can reduce the quality problem to near zero. If there is a real quality problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.
